I went into Reddhart looking to try on some Blundstones, I was helped by Lisa and she was very helpful and knowledgeable about the boots I was looking at. Nassif rang through my purchase and was also very polite and friendly. Overall great customer service from the staff and I was impressed by the prices and selections.

Closed at 9:30am when your sign says open at 9am... Look on google maps and there are 2 locations under 1 address. one with the correct time and one with the wrong time. Drop this account and run with 1 as this one only has 16 reviews and the other has over 70... Frustrating when I have a busy day and I need to work around this kind of stuff. I would expect this from a lesser non premium brand.
Super happy and impressed with the customer service here. Lisa the store manager went out of the way to get me the best deal possible! With their rewards system its a no brainer to shop there for any kind of work gear or clothing.
Very good store. Probably the best shoe buying experience both my husband and I have ever had. Absolutely excellent customer service. The woman who helped us was amazing. The younger man there also helping here and there was really good. I'd go back. I'd tell my friends that work in construction to get their workboots and clothing there.
If you are looking for great work boot and durable clothing this is the place. Lisa or Maria both know the gear and what to recommend. Been shopping here for over 5 years and will come back.
