Mike arrived on time. Great conversations during the carpet install. Work done in a timely manner. Also clean up and swept debris. I would recommend them to family and friends.

terrible carpet installation. sent installers back multiple times but still unable to do a basic install. they are not trained professionals. staff said the install was fine and hung up the phone on me. i should have never paid them right away. endless lumps and wrinkles everywhere. STAY AWAY. End of the roll helped up out a lot, go there.

** WARNING - DON'T USE THIS COMPANY ** - Job still not complete - yet they did an \unauthorized charge\ on my VISA for more than was agreed to and still won't finish work! - Salesman who did quote measured incorrectly and didn't order enough flooring for the job......left me with a half finished main floor for 13 days. This held up my other trades as I was doing a full kitchen reno. - This took place end of April 2019 and now July 2019 they still haven't completed the baseboard! They won't return my emails or calls. - When they put through an \unauthorized charge\ on my VISA for more than what was agreed to on the quote even though the job still isn't complete and it was padded with items that the Salesman had forgot to add in on the original quote - so he backdated the quote and added additional items and jammed it through my VISA without giving me an invoice and not telling me......job still not complete. - I received an actual \additional invoice\ in the mail asking for a cheque payable for the full amount 8 days later even though they had already put through the unauthorized billing on my VISA. - This kind of dirty business practice is not new for them as I see from the BBB Better Business bureau that another complaint similar to mine is registered there. - I spoke again to the office administrator and she assured me the messages had been forwarded but no sense in my leaving voicemails as they would likely not be returned!! Better for me to try and come down and catch them in person. What kind of business is this. - I'm stunned that a business would treat a client like this and be so rude and unconcerned about their reputation. - I'm only writing now as I tried to give them time and every opportunity to make this right and they are not interested in doing that.
