Sales staff is always friendly and helpful. I love the Tencel sheets, I won't even buy cotton anymore! You can get some really good deals if you wait for things to go on sale as well.

The customer service I received in this store was top notch. I've only been in twice but each time the staff member went above and beyond. First time the lovely sales associate was knowledgeable and helped me find everything I needed. I had mentioned that I would bring the Mister back the next day and she actually set aside an item for me without me even asking! Talk about customer service cuz it was the last one!! The second time was the next day and the sales associate contacted multiple stores to find the duvet we wanted. Thanks ladies :)
