Jaime Prime is a scam artist salesmen. Buyer beware! Lied about doing repairs and billed me anyway. Would not return phone calls. Morally flawed businessman.
I called to set up an appointment for Prime Forklift Services to inspect the batteries of our forklift. They arranged to meet, and yet did not show up at all for the appointment. I called later on to reschedule, got his voicemail, and yet he did not even call me back. How does a company like this do business? Is it their business model to turn down work and not even show up for appointments or give explanations as to why they didn't show up?
Have delt with Prime Forklift for years now & am always happy! Great customer service! Would definatley recomend them to anyone looking for forklift services, rentals, or purchases...
We received the same service as others on here. Called, made an appointment with them and they did not show up, called them back and it went to voicemail with no return calls.
We called Prime Forklift. When the tech showed up he gave us a simple quick fix to get us back on track.
