5 Star Service all the way both inside and outside the shop. I recently purchased a Sprinter 4x4 camper van and was on a road trip with my family including a 7 week old baby. In the dead of the winter nearing the middle of nowhere Wyoming a problem developed with the solenoid in the steering column. This prevented the engine from turning over reliably. Needless to say this made me feel very uneasy. Even before I was a customer I called in to see if Precision could help me trouble shoot just in case it was a real problem. The staff without hesitation offered their help and gave me the peace of mind to not turn the van around and head back to Vancouver. Once we finally got back I brought in van to have it looked at. The staff at Precision were friendly, professional and quoted the repairs upfront. No surprises on the financial side of things. There was one hiccup in flow where a windshield wiper was not replaced after a repair. I noticed it when I got home and called the shop. They were deeply apologetic and offered a solution to save me a 1.5 hour round trip finding me a shop 5 minutes from my house to get a replacement. The covered the bill with the other shop and I was good to go ! I will only bring my van here and I would recommend to do the same : )
If you have a sprinter, you need these guys. These guys are exceptional - I wish I had found them several years ago. They go above and beyond expectations, are very flexible, are very considerate of my time and are willing to accommodate my extra requests, are very professional with communicating the scope of work and costs up front, very modern with their approach to technology.. I could go on. They do everything I've ever wanted out of a mechanic shop and most importantly, are completely set up to do work on sprinters, which is hard to find. So happy with these guys and am already recommending them to many others.
First quality service as always. All our service work for our vehicle is done by Precision even though we are still under warranty. No need to go to the car dealer.
MB/Dodge Sprinter van specialists. I had problem with leaking diesel injector seals on #3 and #6 cylinders as well #6 glow plug on my 2010 sprinter. A big plus, they had all the parts in stock in the shop for a better price than a dealer. I was pleased with a great customer service and a great mechanical job they did on my van. I will definatly come back for other jobs in future. Worth the drive from Vancouver!
