From the beginning of the process, our experience with Phoenix was second to none. Gord arrived at our house for the estimate and treated my wife and I with care, patience and professionalism. You can really tell that he is a veteran in the field. The installers were respectful of our property, were on time and fun to talk to. Kelly in the office is very approachable, knowledgeable, efficient, organized and quite the joker. We love our deck and railing as our home has been transformed from an 80s BC box, to a West Coast Contemporary.
