Super unhappy with my experience at Nufloors. Felt we paid a premium for service and product but the installers did not follow direction, provided no finishing or installing any transitions without my complaining and being forceful about a return. Nufloors installed both carpet and floating vinyl floors in my home. After a year We Contacted them regarding gaps in the floating floors and never heard back from them. Considering we paid in the 10’s of thousands I would have expected better customer service but they took their money and ran. Go somewhere else if you want service for your money. You’ll get the minimum requirements at Nufloors.
