A big thank you to Northwood Roofing for repairing our roof leak that we had earlier this week. They had Mike out to our place shortly after I called and he was able to check out the issue, inform me of what had to be done, get the parts from their shop and then repair as required all in the same afternoon! He did a great quality job and the cost was very reasonable too! We will definitely contact Northwood Roofing for any future roofing needs that we may have and will recommend to all of our friends and family. Both Mike and Crystal were awesome to deal with - Thanks again!

Excellent service from start to finish! Very professional. We called and they just happened to have an opening for us the next week. Eric, the sales associate, came out with brochures with all of the different products and roof colours to match our home colour and fit in with the other homes on the street. We chose based on cost and material. They came in with a crew of six, yes six, and had 3/4 of the current roof removed within the 1st day. The next day, they started working on the built-in gutters and drains and re-roofing the areas removed. 1 1/2 days later we were done. We had a request to move some of the vents to route through the roof instead of the soffits, which is where they were before re-roofing. The main supervisor came out a couple of days before the installation to see what we were looking to do and he said it would be no problem. We are very happy with the service and would highly recommend this company. Great job Northwood!
When trying to get a hole in our roof repaired following an accident involving a fallen tree, we had a very poor experience with several roofing companies - until we found Northwood. Jesse is very professional, punctual and honest. I would recommend Northwood to anyone looking for great service for a fair value.
This project only needed a single roof vent connection installed for an Upscale Downsizing project. Northwood was recommended. I received a prompt and positive call-back from Matt. We came to terms easily. I received a confirmation on the ETA from the installer who also got the work done satisfactorily and very promptly. This is what good service looks like. They are flagged in my contacts for the next time roofing is called up. Thanks Matt and team!
I phoned Northwood about a leak I discovered in our 15 year old roof and they sent someone out right away no questions asked. Jesse inspected our entire roof and although I could have just had him repair the leaky area, I was so impressed with his professionalism and knowledge that I eventually decided to have Northwood replace the entire roof, skylights, and gutters. They sent a crew as soon as we got a few days of dry weather. They did a top quality job installing the asphalt shingle roof and proper flashing of those vulnerable rain trap areas. Jesse came back for a final inspection and to confirm I was satisfied with the work. Overall I highly recommend Northwood if you want your roof done right and with no surprise increases to the estimate.
