My wife Mary has been going to little lounge nail spa for the last 6 years living in walnut grove. This place is not only clean and accommodating, the staff has always been so kind and friendly. She always feels so good when she leaves and comes home with a smile on her face. Tony, Grace and Ellen do a great job! What a great local business to support! For those that are not happy with their service you should probably consider asking them to change what you don’t like when you are there, they are always understanding and fix any concerns promptly and without hesitation. ️️️️️.

not happy with my powder dipped set :( had to file them into a more flattering shape for hours when i got home as they flared out at the tip. I had asked for coffin shape but she said its only good for longer nails. the cuticles were messy and stained and the tech burned my nail bed with the filing tool several times. I also had to ask to re-file the tops of my nails with a smoother file as you could see all the sanding marks under the clear top coat. I tipped well.because I could see my tech was stressed out and she WAS trying her best but i dont think she was very experienced. wont come.back and very sad I think i have to go get them fixed elsewhere but i already spent so much money.

I can not say enough good things about this nail spa! I've gone to tons of different nail places in the last 15 years and this is by far the best experience I've had on a consistent basis. They are very clean which is important to me and customer satisfaction is top priority. Every worker I've encountered is incredibly kind and thoughtful to their clients. I love this staff! Also, they are mindful to not overbook appointments which is also a big deal because I never feel rushed out the door, they're doing it right. Highly recommend! ️
