Mike had had to come to fix our Samsung fridge twice but each time he has been great! He is so knowledgeable, doesn't overcharge and just offers amazing service! You have to use these guys if you have any appliance issues!
Exceptional! To the team thank you for your professional services. Sheldon the technician was terrific! He clearly communicated the issue and the repair and was efficient in completing the work. As a single mom I particularly appreciated the time he took to help me locate and order the replacement shelving for the refrigerator which I picked up from KMR and installed within a few days. Thank you!
These guys stand out head and sboulders above the rest!! I felt compelled to write this review. Took my microwave and hood combo for diagnosis and repair. Left it at the facility and got a quick call back while I was browsing furniture at the store on the opposite side of the highway. Since the unit components were quoted with grease it was beyond repairs and they recommended noi even plugging it in. While concerned they gave good advice and even refunded the diagnostic fees since they had only unscrewed the cover and put it back. Given the effort of taking it out and putting it back into the vehicle and the diagnostic effort I offered to pay in part but that was politely declined with a suggestion to use their services in future if required. They could have easily kept it overnight and called and said the same thing and charged me the diagnostic fees since I had gone around their closing time. Saved me a lot of time and some money too. I would recommend them just on the basis of honesty and promptmess. No wonder their ratings are all 5 stars.
Called to ask about a part for a Whirlpool oven. Extremely friendly and professional. They offer parts, service or both. They were able to give me a general quote over the phone with just the model number.
