Our daughter attends Kids and Co Langley location. We absolutely love it here! Our daughter gets excited to attend daily. Her growth and development has been huge due to the staff; they teach them sign, they sing, they play games, and do lots of crafts. She gets all of her food for the day provided by them. Each meal is well balanced and prepared by the staff. Yes it is a bit pricy but it is worth it for what we get. I can watch my daughter at any point on the cameras. They have an outdoor area that she plays in every day, except really rainy days. Kids and Co made the return back to work less stressful and I felt at ease leaving our daughter here.

Really unhappy with their level of professionalism (or lack thereof). I had considered sending my daughter here and made an appointment a week and half in advance; however, when I showed up I was told that it would be another 30 minutes until there was a director available to show me around. I heard the worker on the phone talking about my appointment and how the director was away dropping her kids off at school... so why did they waste my time if they knew no one would be there? The worker was nice but couldn't answer my questions and did a literal 2 minute tour of the place (again, not her fault). Another point of concern was that I received a phone message from Kid Co about a week before my appointment addressed to \Avril\ (not my name) which was clearly someone who mixed up my call back number with hers. In the message Kid Co said the \infant doors weren't washed that much\. I have no idea what the message was in reference to, but I found it disturbing and wanted to share. From what I saw, the facility looks very much like a sterile and joyless pediatric ward (including workers wearing scrubs). The kids were in very brightly lit florescent rooms with minimal furniture and no toys visible. The outside play area looked like something you'd see in prison. I guess it's a good thing I didn't waste a director's time as I'd have ultimately felt bad about leaving my child at a place like this. It felt very, very cold there (and I don't mean the temperature). I think the name Kid Co really sums up the place... it's a warehouse for kids :/
