While we didn't end up purchasing from them because we wanted a different product, we would certainly refer friends to them. Scott helped us both in the store and came to run the measurements in our home. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. He listened to our goals and helped steer is from our original preference which would not have been a good fit.

Great service from Shane at the showroom and subsequently at our home for measuring and quote. The installer Howard was wonderful. Excellent communication re timing, left our home completely tidy after. Overall, a great experience using Jordan’s team for this carpeting project
The service was amazing! Shane at Jordan’s was so knowledgeable,helpful and efficient, and Howard the installer did an awesome job of installing the flooring. He was so friendly and happy always humming, whistling, or singing while he worked. The floor is beautiful and all level, no more transition strips for Mom to navigate. We couldn’t be happier.
