Dropped off our older power washer for a service. Told 3 weeks to fix, after 8 weeks and two phone calls we went into the store to be told the pump wasn't worth fixing, when we asked for it back we were then shown the weld on the handle had broken. While I agree it was not worth fixing, a little upfront honesty would have gone a long way. I think we will being looking for a new repair store.

Dropped our pressure washer off as it was coughing and sputtering. It is an expensive unit. They said three weeks. Week four we called, they hadn’t had time to look at it. Then they called and said it can’t be repaired and they would recycle it for us. We picked it up and took it elsewhere. It needed a tune up and was fine.
Complete Garbage company.... took them 3 month to tell me that they couldn’t repair my pressure washer that I bought 8 months prior... then took another month to tell me stihl wasn’t going to cover it under warrantee....wouldn’t send my worst enemy to this place
I found them knowledgable and helpful. I had left my phone behind realizing this a bit after they closed after walking around back I was able to get there attention they checked inside for me and came out a couple minutes later with my phone.
