Installed our windows with the incorrect glass, we failed inspection, new glass was installed but they forgot one window, 3 months later we're still waiting. Endless excuses if you can get hold of service, they can't get the glass, they're a small company so not a priority for glass supplier etc. Was told last week our glass was in the warehouse and we'd hear back the following day to book a delivery day, still nothing, the lack of communication is the most frustrating. We've paid for the window, but I'm doubtful we'll ever receive it.

AMENDED REVIEW FROM BEFORE: New review: We were contacted by the company and they subsequently fixed the door and fit us into their busy schedule. They accepted responsibility for the miscommunication and the untimely delay by not charging us. We really appreciated that! (Worst service! Have a faulty door and after repeated attempts to get service for a couple of months, have not been able to set up even an appointment after following up with them. I dislike giving bad reviews but this is beyond frustrating. The tilt and slide door is around 10 years old. Buyers BEWARE. Although the products look nice, good luck getting any kind of service if your product malfunctions! This seems to be the only Innotech reps in BC to service Innotech doors and windows.)

We ordered and got our windows and doors with Innotech. Nothing but a great experience. We are 13 years further and still loving it. German style windows like we had in Belgium. Very much loving the great features and design.
Great tilt and turn windows. We renovated our home and installed new windows and French doors. Sam was great explaining about the product. And indeed once installed we could really see how airtight and secure they are. Love the looks and the fact that I can open them wide and clean then from inside! Also great customer service. The doors couldn't lock easily, we called Sam and the technician came right away and adjusted it so it is very easy now. I highly recommend! High quality at reasonable price.
