Great place to deal with. I always order my pork and beef from them when running my smoker. They were willing to grind beef heart a mix it with ground beef.

Reasonable, and such great quality. Sweet, friendly staff. I personally love the meat packs both time saver and the package slightest priced above that one is so good!!! I think this will be my go to for all my family proteins.
