I too have been going here for years I volunteer to return bottles for our condo building located in Murrayville. I do this as a weekly job. I have been met with rude and ignorant employees especially the gentlemen that runs the cash register. I follow the rules and make my deposit and leave. If you have issues with this place which is independent owned and operated. Please make a formal complaint to return it. I did. This is a one star as it is convenient for me. Not an enjoyable experience otherwise.

A hand washing and drying station! A covid win!New drop and go outdoor section for non - refundables. Friendly staff with minimal English spoken. The staff were making significant efforts to wipe down / sanitize stations and carts after each person used them.
This is the cleanest bottle depot around. The staff are always busy cleaning and following Covid protocol. They are always helpful and friendly.
I have used this depot for years. Prior to the pandemic I always sorted my returns and received my money in the depot. Now I use express drop-off. The service by the hard-working staff has always been great. The depot has an excellent COVID safety plan in place.
