Probably one of my best experience I have had in buying an eyeware. Anna & Max are very friendly and caring. They spent so much time to take care of my new lenses. They made me feel so comfortable with their warm and friendly welcome. I will recommend their services as the glasses and lenses have good quality and affordable price compare to other places.

Without exaggeration, the service I received at Crossing Optical was nothing less than exceptional! From the moment I first met Anna and Max, they listened intently about my requirements and we worked out great cost-effective plan. At a follow-up, Anna checked out my eyes with leading edge instrumentation and she meticulously proceeded to do her work on me. Their facility was exceptionally clean and they followed Covid19 procedures through all of my time there. Both provided some old-fashioned gracefulness and awesome customer service through the entire experience. When I picked up my glasses, they fit very well, were more durable that ones I had ever had, and even the glass case was the best I was ever given in the past. I would not hesitate to refer my friends to Crossing Optical.
