My family and I love this store very much. Cheap prices and very high quality products. Everything from electronics to food is available. Excellent product warranty and return policy. There is a pharmacy and healthy food. Also on the spot you can have a snack in a cafe if you are hungry. There is also a gas station with a very good price for the members of the store. And finally, what I admire most is their parking lots. Just a large parking lot with lots of space for loading and unloading goods into the car. Thank you for your concern for people. 5

It's a Costco pretty much all the same. Staff are helpful and pleasant when I have needed them in Langley. Selection always good. Always some good deals to be had. Costco also always has the best parking spot sizes as well. Only negative is better traffic control required for gas lineup. It affects traffic on the main drag.
1. Costco policy is free access to pharmacy but entry staff are tough to deal and very picky (in short not customer friendly) 2. If you have a friend inside the store and you are joining him ... The staff won't let you in unless your friend comes to the entrance to confirm ... What's the point in this whole exercise when you anyways have to show your membership at the time of billing. 3. If you are a couple or small family... Bad news ... You can get the best example of FEEDING CONSUMERISM ... You can't buy a pound of any fruits or vegetables ... All bulk packs 4. Milk is SAME price as other stores so where exactly you gain from the membership ?
The pharmacy is great with all of my family’s prescriptions, you can’t beat the dispensing fee either. Very friendly helpful employees throughout the store. Go at non peak times ... this is an extremely busy location. A couple of very dangerous must haves are the Keto dark chocolate squares and dark chocolate almond butter cups. Goat cheese, eggs/whites, cottage cheese, Greek yogurt 3 big tubs non fat, popcorn, vitamins, salad kits, romaine these are the staples for us. Big jar Kal olives are really good esp chopped up on pizza. Red pepper spread also a favourite. One thing I can’t find that was so good is a balsamic fig dressing they stopped carrying it a long time ago, wish they would bring it back. I don’t buy too much meat unless on sale, organic ground beef is good but very pricey. The duck sweet potato dog food is the only brand my dogs don’t react to however the last couple of batches have been pretty bad very crumby like the bottom of the bag residue throughout the entire bag. I did return 2 of these bags no problem but is still annoying. From the food court I get a latte with extra shots it’s no additional charge usually I ask for 4 or 5..... nighshift :/
This is a very well organized, efficient and thorough Costco location. The lineups move very quickly and the guided assistance provided in the check-out area makes the checking-out experience seamless. This location has an incredibly diverse selection of Costco-goodies available; more so compared to other Lower Mainland locations. For comparison sake, the clothing department’s selections are far superior than the Surrey store. The added bonus of visiting this location is quite obviously the fuel pumps. You’re almost always able to save 8-10 cents per litre of fuel when compared to other gas stations in the nearby vicinity.
