I'd much rather support a local business than somewhere like Amazon, and this place has a decent selection, but I really wish the staff were nicer. I was very quiet and respectful, but judging by the shopkeeper's interaction with me, I still felt like I was inconveniencing him by shopping at his store. A simple \good morning\ or \have a nice day\ can go a long way in making customers want to return.

Dropped in today and found what I was looking for. A 1963 Corvette roadster and a 1965 Chaparral 2. I was very happy with the no pressure service and knowledgeable advice I received. All the best with your business and I hope to be back again.
Brand new modeler here, C&R helped from double check what I had to what I needed, told my what I might need in the future, and helped me pick the right paints for the model too. Super helpful!
Staff need to learn customer service skills. Every single time I've called (because I live out of town), the person on the other end is rude and clearly does not want my business. Customers are what keep you in business, maybe be nice to them? I will be taking my business elsewhere. Thanks kciD.
