The food and drinks were good, the set up for dine in is very confusing though. I had to wait in the take out line for 10 minutes before I was able to be seated and then had to line up again to order, just seemed very unnecessary. The reason for the low rating was the cleanliness... during this time especially everyone should be making sure that tables are cleaned after people have finished eating however I noticed two tables with people get up and leave but the tables were never cleaned and as leaving I saw they sat down two other people in one of the spots. This is worrisome as I’m pretty sure my table wasn’t cleaned either. I would not recommend dining in as this is such a simple task to help stop the spread that is not being done.

I have been coming to this place for almost 5 years! The bubble tea is always fresh and pretty good boba( pearls). Service is good as staff are friendly. Good place to quickly pick up bubble tea! Highly recommended

I love bubble tea. Due to the pandemic, I haven’t had an opportunity to get it anywhere. Really glad this place was open and I was able to just walk in and order a black sugar latte to go. Unfortunately, it was awful. Really wish to have just waited to go to Tiger Sugar or the Alley. It was a waste of 5.50 and would never really visit this establishment for anything else. It’s a shame that they have the name Bubble World, when their bubble tea sucks.
