Dropped off my van 2 weeks ago to fix a dent and some rust and they said it will be 4 days. 2 weeks later, nothing was done at all. It was very inconvenient finding rides to work and back. Not once have they called me to let me know what's going on. Saying they're behind and try calling in a week or 2 to see if they're available. My repair was going to be private not through icbc, icbc repairs make them more money so they avoid private jobs.
Gurneel and his team did am outstanding job. Professional and courteous! The guys did an amazing job on the cleaning of the vehicle after as well, looks brand new inside. Great Job!
