Recently purchased two dressers and two nightstands from them and I'm so impressed with their exceptional customer service. I originally bought a Berkeley chest instead of a dresser. Later evening on the same day, Shaun Miller from their sales department emailed me and said they were sorry about the website delay and just realized the chest was sold. He kindly asks me if a Berkeley dresser would work or they could issue a refund. I told him I would like the Berkeley dresser and asked him if they could schedule me a delivery (I chose pick up when I ordered my furniture). Shaun promptly replied my email and said leave everything to him and Derrick will call me about the delivery. He even double check with me to make sure I have enough space before the delivery. Couple days later, Derrick brought all my furniture not only to my door but to my upstairs bedroom and told me to contact them if there was any problem. I opened the box and the top quality solid wood furniture impressed me again. I would tell all my family and friends to buy furniture from them whenever they need.

Went in wanting to buy some stuff. Felt really unwelcomed. Woman didn’t even acknowledge us. Store was empty. You’d think a business would want to greet their only customer.They are not getting my business.
Horrible customer experience. They weren't even able to tell me the delivery date using stupid excuses. The old woman Rina is wery arrogant and not capable to deal with customers (except when it comes to grab money). Not recommended at all.
Found this store online and drop by to visit. Didnt expect to get pretty much all the furniture for my new place. Awesome deals for the qualify. The staffs are very friendly and helpful. Was joking when I ask if they could throw in the cushion and the staff just bag it for me. To top it off, free delivery and set up with 1500 purchase. Totally worth the drive. Cant wait for the whole living room and dining set.
