I purchased a membership over the phone speaking to an actual human. I gifted my husband a membership for Christmas and made certain that no one would contact him as I was the donor and it was a gift. I spoke to the employee for a good 15 minutes, being assured that the membership was effective as of the 25 of December, and that I may even have the card in the mail before Christmas. All of my information was saved for any further questions, again assured that absolutely no one would be contacting my husband until after Christmas. False. All of it. Not only was most of our information incorrectly inputted into their system but my husband recieved a call on Dec. 24 asking him about his BCAA membership. Also, there was no note about not contacting him. No note about it being active as of the 25, and absolutely no way any correspondence would have arrived in the mail at least until January. So first opinion, pretty shabby, unprofessional and disappointing. I just hope that the membership itself is more professional and practical than the introduction to the company. Only time will tell I guess.

Good place and good parking. Been there quite a few times buying traveler's insurance. Always been in and out in 15 minutes, which I think is totally reasonable. Good service too. Can't speak to their members programs.
Never did I think I'd need support from BCAA twice in two weeks. Once was auto insurance claim and once for roadside. Was so pleased with the service and product delivery. Happy to be a long time CAA member and happy with BCAA extra coverage!
Excellent experience. Saved us almost 300 by switching our house insurance. Super helpful. Great customer service! Very responsive.
They where kind, helpful and they are following the COVID guidelines to keep all safe. Pleasant interaction quick, direct looking out for my best interest. Thank you
