Pros: Incredibly delicious food with great presentation. Very good portions. Cons: Tables didn’t have barriers between them nor did they seem 6 feet apart. There was no contact tracing protocols in place. I.e our contact information wasn’t collected for us or any customers that we observed.

I've had steak after a long time, and finally found a good place with great persian & middle eastern dishes. Had Rib-Eye steak, and it was made as instructed. Loved it very much. Drove all the way from Vancouver to Langley, and it was totally worth it.

It is a family owned businesses and you can tell as soon as you walk in. The food looked good but I wouldn't say it was the best in my opinion. They gave use tea in the beginning which was nice. All in all it was okay.

I’ve been in many Persian/Middle Eastern restaurants east coast to west coast, Avishan gets the GOLD medal by far. I enjoyed the most delicious dish of lamb neck today ... really impressed by presentation, service and most importantly exceptional taste. Oh ... I forgot to mention very reasonable price. Definitely recommend if you’re in radius of 100Km or more!
