Last night my wife and I attended the Dodger for dinner. This is our neighborhood pub, we've been coming occasionally for 25years. I ordered the steak sandwich medium and the shrimp appetizer. My wife ordered the baked French onion soup. We both ordered a beer with dinner. The steak was flat, dry and very well done on a garlic bread which was the best part of my plate, and it came with fries, the shrimp appetizer was hard, a little skimpy on the portion, this was okay because without the sauce they were nothing special, hardly worth 5 nevermind the 15 they changed. My Wifes Baked French onion soup filled 3/4 of the bowl, she couldn't finish it because it very salty and resembled a soup that came out of a packet. The bill came to 66 plus the tip, we left feeling like we been ripped off. We used to look forward to coming out to enjoy the food a drinks but the atmosphere was not what it used to be. There was no background music, all you could here was loud people cursing and cussing, and with the lighting in the pud felt like we just wanted to get out of there. Disappointed, not the relaxing enjoyable atmosphere weve enjoyed in the past. I would Say its gone down hill, but from what we experienced on our Saturday night out, that would be an understatement.

Great food, friendly staff,clean and an overall great experience. They are kid friendly until a certain time and have a drive thru liquor store!
I love this place! Great atmosphere... super casual. Great food. We go often and have never had a bad meal. Often have good live music and Great specials. Service is mediocre. Lots of young girls with very little personality or manners. I think it has a TON of potential if they could pick up the front of house standards a bit. Overall I would definitely suggest coming here. We really enjoy the casual \small town\ vibe it has.
Great food, great service, lovely flowers. The Dodgerhas become our goto place for birthdays and celebrations.
