I waited about a week after purchasing my vehicle here to post this review. I must say, I have never been happier with a sales experience, or a new vehicle then I have been with getting my 2016 LR4. Pak Leung was the sales rep I dealt with and Pouria Vahedi was the financial service manager. I handed them a difficult situation to deal with: I had flown to Toronto to purchase a vehicle on a one-way ticket, and wanted to drive home within 24 hours with a vehicle. Pak, Pouria and the service team absolutely bent over backwards to help me with this insane plan. I knew the vehicle in their inventory I wanted to see, and on the day I arrived at the dealership, the LR4 was ready to test drive. After agreeing to purchase the vehicle, it was ready to go, safetied, certified, licensed and detailed within 24 hours of me seeing the vehicle. I could not be happier as a customer, or as a new member of the Land Rover family. I highly recommend checking out this dealership if you are in the market for a new or used Land Rover or Jaguar product. 5 stars just aren't enough for this dealership. Thank you to all who helped me get into the perfect vehicle for me!
I have bought discovery sport yesterday...I was dealing with Ahmed and he made me feel so comfortable everytime I went to their showroom.. He stayed late many times to work on deal for me.. Finally he got me a very good deal and I drove the car yesterday to my home.... All Thanx to Ahmed because of whom I got convinced to go for my sport beast... Look for him if you are planning to buy any land rover in future.... Awesome work Ahmed....
Had an awesome experience buying my first ever Range Rover with Land Rover Metro West. I had the pleasure of working with Ahmed and Ashley - two stellar guys/salesmen. From my initial appointment to my final hand off, it was a great experience. Will definitely be back for any future purchases/upgrades to meet with Ahmed and Ashley!
