We stayed here for 2 nights in September 2020. Hotel is good, the beds are comfortable and the room is nicely decorated. They have a breakfast option available for 6 or 7? It's okay but not great. They also have free coffee all day in the lobby which is nice. The people at the front desk are helpful and friendly and speak great English. I would stay here again.

Rooms are very cozy and clean. There is a little kitchen inside the room. Fast Check In. Close to Quebec intl airport.
On arrival we were upgraded due to a school tour that was booked on our original floor. Thank you. The room was great bed very comfortable and the desk and kitchenette were a nice touch. Front desk was very helpful and always friendly. Internet was fast and reliable. Proximity to the airport and stores was great. The main reasons why it did not get a full 5 star was the breakfast in the morning was lacking felt more like a lunchbox snack than a breakfast. Also given the proximity to the airport a free shuttle service should be provided. Other than that great stay very clean very nice atmosphere in the hotel.
There are thieves here. My husband and I stayed here recently. After checking out and driving to the airport (just a few miles away) I realized that I had left my expensive Bose headphones on the bed in the room. As soon as I realized they were gone, I called the hotel hoping to make arrangements to get them back. I called the hotel, talked to the front desk lady who said she would check the room and call me back. I waited 30 minutes at the airport and no call came. When we called again, the person at the reception desk pretended to not understand English. Needless to say, I never got my headphones back. Rather than doing the right thing, employees at this hotel felt theft was the better option. The management here also appears to feel that this behavior is acceptable, as multiple emails to the hotel director were never answered. The hotel is newly renovated, and has a nice appearance, but beware of wolves in sheep’s clothing! You might be next!
We came in with a group of friends after a great night in Quebec. What greeted us was less than great. We were made to sign a non-smoking agreement, but our room reeked of cigarette smoke. Our friends' room was never even cleaned. They had bedsheets on the floor and the whole room was a mess. They ended up giving us a different room, but our friends had to squeeze into other people's rooms. Even our new room had no shampoo and there was leftover food from the previous guests. The hotel looks nice, but they screwed up the cleaning big time.
Hotel is modern, clean, close to amenities and the airport. On the other hand the gym the exact opposite I'm sure you can afford to invest in a 20-40lbs weights because the two treadmills are just a pathetic excuse for a gym.
The rooms are very nice. There's free breakfast. It is very close to the airport and a plaza which is convenient. The rooms are a little dim for my taste and my heating unit reset to 66F in the middle of the night. Otherwise a very pleasant hotel. I would recommend.
Great hotel and decently priced with good service. However the free breakfast could be better and include crepes for instance and a bit more variety
