Great customer service and great wine! Very nice and knowledgeable staff who helped me with a delivery. We have visited this winery when in town and will be sure to continue to support this business when we get to travel again. For now, happy to send my sister-in-law wine when I feel like she could use some relaxation

Been here twice. The first time was a solo private tour and they seemed to be prepared and the wine pretty tasty. This most recent time was part of a larger group tour and the person handling the group seemed primarily focused on catering just to the ‘young - photo crowd’ in the group and would skip over giving everyone else samples to first go further away to give to them; and would also say things like ‘this is great for a boomerang video.’ I get they are trying to boost their online presence and social media following, but they isolate the rest of the crowd and don’t know their backgrounds (I ironically had more Instagram followers then them all combined but she targeted the one part of the group to make sure they got the best photos and first drinks and extra drinks even though we were all on the same tour).

What a pleasant tasting, Lakeview is always on the top of our list of wineries to visit while in the Niagara on the Lake area. This particular tasting was made extra special by the attention of Nick who was very entertaining, enthusiastic and knowledgable. The wines are always delicious and enjoyable, And honestly some of the most generous pours in the region. For being one of the larger wineries they have a feeling of a smaller winery. We will definitely be back to happily purchase more of their wonderful varieties which IMHO are the best value In the Niagara region.

The wine is very good, ice wine too, which I thought I wasn’t a fan of in general. Big operation, so you can tour the inside of a warehouse and see barrels and silos. They do hundreds of tours though, so you’re just along for the ride: there’s no special feel to it. Store is modern and nice. Overall, I’d recommend it but you won’t fall in love with anything - keep other five starred wineries as your focus but stop in here if it’s convenient. It’s worth a quick trip. Good for pictures and a tasting.

Eli gave us a wine tasting today and he was amazing. Not only super informed but customized out tasting to what we currently like and based on out feedback helped us discover new things. I usually would not repeat a tasting/tour but this one I will !!

Great atmosphere and property. Staff were on top of following COVID-19 protocols to ensure the safety of all. Did the Winter mixology special from Groupon, it was such an amazing experience. The staff were so informative and still tried to interact the best they could during the pandemic. Definitely will return.
