Do not let your elders visit this store alone.! My elderly mother who is a university graduate decided to pick up some baby clothes while waiting for her medication to be prepared for pick up. She had over a hundred dollars worth of merchandise to buy but the store clerk walked up to her and said in a very rude accusing manner " What you doing! " and looked angry !! We felt as if she was accusing my mother of trying to steal these items she was buying for her 1 month old grand baby! And to make things worse we were just saying how cute the items were and probably would of became life long customers ! After that the lady with the duster started to follow me as I was looking at heating pads for my son's aching back ! I make over 4 grand a month! We finally had enough at that point! As we picked up her medication which cost hundreds of dollars a month we decided we will not give this store our business or money ever again ! We transfered my mother's prescriptions elsewhere and have family send it up with our company trucks ! So if your a manager at lakeside pharmacy and are reading this , get your staff trained in customer service. Just because I came in with dirty work clothes doesn't mean I was a thief or my elderly mother was a thief! It means I work very hard and I learned to do this from my hard working parents !!

They are quick with prescriptions but I noticed they not only charge one of the highest provincial dispensing fees every time you fill your prescription but they also didn't fill my son's prescription for a full month. They had only given him enough for 24 days.

These guys are awesome and have always come through for me. Everyone that works there is always super helpful and friendly. Sometimes getting prescriptions filled takes a little longer, but I think what other reviewers on here have to realize is that they are the only pharmacy in town... they have a lot weight on their shoulders! I appreciate the team there and I think they do a great job!

Great place, staff is friendly and do their best to cater to everyone’s needs. The Pharmacist goes the extra mile to ensure medications are correct and to review patient history & health condition properly.. this pharmacy has an extremely low error rate, close to zero, which is what matters the most when you judge a pharmacy. The staff recently started taking 1 hour lunch break to recharge and offer a better service, they deserve appreciation for what they do for the community everyday, especially at these times risking their life to continue to offer essential pharmacy service to our community.

Very poor service. Discriminatory towards people on dissabilities. Like the local clinic and the staff there its a life ruining experience.

Most unorganized pharmacy i have ever been too. Firstly, i hand in my prescription, they tell me it’ll take an hour so ok at that point i go back an hour later only to find they closed the pharmacy for another hour for lunch....why do they all have to take lunch at the same time?? Also, why didn’t they tell me to come back in 2 hours then? Would have saved a trip.....the one pharmacy girl needs to take a few happy pills....not very customer service oriented imo \u200d️

I called the pharmacy today Dec 23 looking for my medication when I learn over the phone that I have no refills. The person on the phone informs me that it was marked on a bag. I get 4 blister packs were they could have placed a sticker saying" you have no more refills" but no apparently putting something on a bag is good enough. Very very bad for people that depend on their medication.
