This company losing Ian had a huge impact on the tenant-management relationship. We don't feel like a member of this community anymore; now we are just a number that management doesn't care about. You would think that after a year of being great tenants that the company would be lenient on the cutoff dates, but no, they do not care about you and the state of the economy right now! We move out in May and what Ian started as an excellent experience ended up awful. Do better, CLV. So unhappy. The people are a huge factor of a living experience, and your new management is failing at that. Alessio and whoever he reports to.

I wish I could give 10 stars! A great little community located right next to so many amenities and a lovely lakeside park! Staff is great! Ian D'Souza was so helpful from start to finish! And even now that we're moved in he's very prompt to answer any questions we have. Any kind of maintenance that we needed was dealt with so fast and very well! I was amazed! As a first time renter I was extremely nervous about everything. After one week, not even having fully moved in, I knew I'd made the right decision. So happy to call Lakeshore Apartments and CLV Group home!

Super bad experience... not even a one-star.. Lazy staff, late response, carelessness, noisy neighborhood, we thought we’re paying such amount for a good and peaceful stay, But unfortunately everything sucks! We always have to make maintenance requests for hundreds of times until someone shows care.. Very disappointing

We had a smooth move in experience with adequate assistance provided by the apartment management. I must say that if you want to get an apartment at this location, make sure you are attended to by Ian! He is very professional, prompt to respond to inquiries and even proactive in providing you with information to make your move-in experience smooth. Excellent, excellent service. Great guy! The neighborhood is nice with easy access to shopping and other services you require. No regrets so far!

I found a nice terrace home. The staff is very professional. Ian was very helpful, patient and kind. He took the time to answer my questions and concerns. I would recommend this place to my family or friends. It's very clean, spacious and well kept. It's the best.
