Would NOT recommend it. Two weeks ago I booked the 3pm to 5pm tubing time slot. When I got there today, apparently, these blocks are imaginary as your 2 hours begin the minute you purchase a ticket. There is only 1 tubing slide split into 5 lanes. The lineup was 60-100 people long. In the 2 hour time slot we got, we were able to go down the slide 4 times!! The rest of the time was spent in line. The staff seemed like they were hired just yesterday, the place did not know how to properly control the LARGE crowd. No way you can socially distance in the tubing line, no one even monitored, some people were without masks. Save your money and time, this place is NOT worth it.

DON’T GO HERE, unless you’re looking for a lot of FUN!!! This resort is well maintained and the staff is great! This was our first time and we only tried Tubbing! It was a blast! The staff working the runs are great and we’re always whiling help out our big group and allow us to race against each other! If you’re looking for some this fun to do in winter, try this place!
Well groomed slopes and not too far away from Toronto. Lift ticket prices are by the hour and reasonably priced. However, if you are anything but a beginner, stay away! This resort is filled with beginners and young children and is therefore very hazardous for your safety, not to mention that you don’t get any chance to properly ski the slopes because you have to go slow and/or take risks to dodge or pass a beginner. We also ordered a burger and fries from the restaurant. I’ve never had anything so tasteless before. We had two fries from a massive box of fries and threw out the rest. If you go, remember to fill out your health questionnaire online. They ask you repeatedly as you enter the premises. But other than the mask police, they don’t take health precautions too seriously. The washrooms were filled with people (no restrictions) and urinals and sinks were not taped off to promote social distancing. All and all, we had a beautiful sunny day to ski, but for regular skiers, I’d pick a different slope that is more suited for your abilities.
Got yelled at by a staff member as he refused to give me ski poles. This was my first time skiing at this resort, and it will for sure be my last. I use ski poles to help me walk around (and not on the actual slopes), as I mentioned to the employee several times (And that it definitely was not the first time I went skiing in my life). He instead raised his voice at me telling me that I didn’t need it (even though I did need it), incase you were wondering, no I did not even raise my voice or give any attitude. Not only did he yell at me, but also the 3 other friends who were with me. He even yelled at my friend in-front of the manager. I really wish I noted his name down. I’ve never been more embarrassed and furious for asking for equipment that was INCLUDED in my package that I paid for. Best part was, he wasn’t even wearing a mask, instead, he wore a face shield which was raised (not even covering anything). I will NEVER come back here. So much disrespect.
Socially distanced. Clear markers for everything, staff amazingly helpful. A beautiful day when we went with a ton of room to snowboard safely. Mask req'd and enforced.
