To start off with, the reception staff is incredibly rude and hostile. They give off the impression that they're not there to help you, rather to belittle. The clinic never has any availability for their clients and you need to wait at least two months to see your NP which is ridiculous. The NPs are okay but not very therapeutic at all. They just want you in and out as fast as possible. If you're considering this clinic please don't waste your time or effort. Been waiting a year in thunder Bay to be provided with a family doc/NP and I chose this place in hopes that we would get good care, but I was wrong. My mom and I will be leaving this clinic soon as we no longer feel welcomed here. What a disappointing experience.
