Been seasonal for 10 years now and for more to come. We like this place a lot: great views, great people, and great times. The only things to really complain about is the beach access is a little difficult for older people or for people with back pains and such and the basket ball court is not very well kept: the rim in bent, the plastic ground is starting to bend and the backboard is made out of wood. But other then that its a great place to go and i would recommend it.

Nothing about this park is enjoyable. Small lots, poor access to the beach, rude staff. People love to complain to management about anything you do. Some people get to play their music until very late, while others are told to be quiet. Some old guy drives his golf cart around at night with no lights, very dangerous. Saw children smoking cigarettes. We only stayed for one night, it's all we could stand. What a dump. Look out for all the other fake reviews of this place.
