Ken was absolutely fantastic!! A, second-to-none!! We needed a vent cleaning and a fix to the vent run that was botched by someone else years ago. It was not a simple or easy job, but Ken rolled with the punches, was able to help us quickly, kept his commitments, and was personable, friendly, and up-front at every step. He strived for perfection and we couldn't be happier with the result. He gave us a MORE than reasonable price for the project. In an age where everyone wants to make a quick buck, his communication and commitment to the service he provides is refreshing. Highly recommend!

BEST SERVICE!! Ken - Valley Vents answered my call same day, he figured out the issue within seconds of listening to my dryer system. He fixed the dryer system in approx 15 minutes and he even did it for a discount price because it was something he could fix with no problem! Lazy. Came to my home and told me I had rodents in my dryer vents and that he would have to clean them out and then decided it was too much trouble - too small of an area to do the job. \didn't want to take the job on\. Never even looked at the job. Only looked at the outside vent that is quite worn from weed-eating machine. Would never recommend this company.
