We went in for a truck and were recommended a salesman by a friend. Scott Smith was awesome and we found every one in general very friendly and super efficient. We have bought many vehicles from dealerships in the past and this was our first actually pleasant experience from start to finish. We had our kids with us and the entire staff treated them well and no one was bothered by them. All in all it was the best experience.

Tried to buy locally down island, but as we were told that the truck we wanted would be hard to find, we went online, found one ourselves and ended up dealing with Scott at Laird Wheaton in Nanaimo.
