Was very disappointed in the customer service of this store, a staff member approached me I asked for a specific product took me in the wrong direction, ask co worker as to where the product was she pointed could not even get out of her chair, I went over to the product by myself and the first staff member went onto doing something else. proceeded then to go back to the one sitting to find out more information had quick short answers as if I was bothering her still did not get up to assist me in any way I left the store without making a purchase due to very poor customer service.

They have a great selection of vegan and gluten free products. Lots of unique health food as well as personal items that you can't find anywhere else. Staff are extremely helpful and friendly and I always leave with what I needed and lots of information!

Ladysmith Health Food store is a Family owned business with great customer service staff. They have a wide range of products, from supplements, vitamins, drinks, bulk food section, a huge herbal tea session to freshly grown garlic :) ps. oh yeah, the owner is an avid gardener, if you have any questions about gardening, she is happy to share her passion and experience with you if you ask.
