Fresh out of school, this was my first PAB job. I left after a month. Plans that still have residents who have died. PABs that offer no insight or help. No team work. If your loved one is hard of hearing, or doesn't understand French that is spoken quickly, then they are sure to be lost and not understand a thing here! PABs that sit around the residents while on their cell phones. PABs who force feed residents until they are spitting up. The PABs run the facility. They can talk to you however they want while the head nurse looks away. I was told I was too slow and that nobody would want to work with me. As I left this facility for the last time, a family member thanked me again for the great care I gave to their mother.

Intensive terror by the staff to the patient and patient family No quality implementation for patient based clinical risks Infection control is not given statistical acceptances, implementations are not providing infection free environment to the criticilally ill patients Medical devices are in use randomly calibrated Respect is 0.

Horrible experience. The emergency smelled and everything looked like it was stuck in 1960.

Malheureusement comme tous les hôpitaux du Québec, une longue attente aux urgences
