I fell in love with one of the penthouse suites when I first started home shopping a year ago and was almost decided on the unit even though it was slightly above budget. Unfortunately, in contacting the salesteam, I found their pitch lacklustre & I put more effort into the follow-up than they did. Shows that even with a good product, consumers also have to want to give their hard-earned money to sellers/promoters. Such a shame, but I ended up buying a unit in town that I'm happy & comfortable in now. Still think about that first one I saw from time to time.
