THIS delivery company only caused my fiancé and I A LOT OF TROUBLE. We are exposing them. And we dont care about their apologies. That the only thing you'll get out of their complaint service. The behavior of their employees is not punished, but rather defended, encouraged. This guy was mocking my fiancé in the stair case and in his own language. If their is any form of racism and sexism accepted now days its definitely here. You can keep your quiet inquiries to contact you back, there is nothing you can actually do for us to not expose and take actions in the media and legally. What a breeze! This delivery service was so on point! Not only did they call in advance to give me an ETA when they were 30 minutes out, they also gave me a 10 minute warning, and showed up on time! These 2 men brought up a 130 pound desk to our 2nd floor apartment so easily and were very polite, fast, and professional. What a great experience!
My experience with AMJ was great. The movers were there on time and immediately started to move my stuff in the truck. They were very efficient and the whole process took 2.5 hours. I would highly recommend!
