It was time. We needed new living room furniture. The wish list included .. quality, comfort, a fair price, Canadian content, .and something we could enjoy for years. Not only did we get everything on our wish list, we even had a good time picking it out. We were able to wander the store and see all the options without feeling that dreaded high sales pressure or like someone is lurking behind you the whole time. Adam (Wharncliffe Road, London) offered his help and let us be. When we started to narrow down the decision, he was there to help. He guided us through the different options, showed us the quality workmanship, and listened patiently to what we were trying to convey in all our needs and wants. We changed our mind repeatedly and went from one area to another and back and forth for hours. We even kept him (and another staff) beyond store hours while we wrapped up the details and paperwork. Now, we can't wait for all the furniture to arrive This was truly a great shopping experience .. Thank you Adam!

I found the right sofa for my living room at the London, Ontario La-Z-Boy Showroom. George Lucas helped my Mum and I navigate any concerns or requests I had, and he was very responsive when we spoke over email and phone! I would recommend contacting him when it's time to find a new sofa. Covid has significantly slowed down the delivery time for custom-made sofas (not always showroom pieces). George was understanding and took the time to explain exactly why the wait time was increased, which we appreciated. He was knowledgeable about how to keep the sofa looking great, and organized delivery to the house. Thanks for all your help!! Looking forward to seeing my sofa in my living room.

The La-Z-Boy Furniture showroom in London is quite large, has many items (recliners, sofas, love seats, chairs, tables, lamps, accessories, etc.) to choose from, and the floor layout is well designed and easy to navigate. Initially we spoke to Rebecca on the phone and she was very helpful and informative. When we arrived at the store Cindy took us around to show us some options. Once our selection was made Cindy was awesome in helping us pick out fabrics and finishes. La-Z-Boy has many fabrics to choose from and Cindy made the process enjoyable, quick and painless. Hopefully the delivery and installation goes just as smoothly as choosing our furniture, finishes, and fabric, and hopefully the finished product is just as good as the floor models we looked at and experienced in the showroom.

Our salesman spent lots of time with us as I am quite a tall guy and find a lot of recliners not comfy. We found the perfect one and made the purchase. Our salesman Adam took us through all the steps with ease and no pressure.
