I love this neighbourhood grocer! It's packed full of quality foods—fresh bread, seasonal pastries, a great deli counter. There is a variety of pasta, oils, condiments, and spices... Including ones that are harder to find in conventional grocery stores. I also love that there is a section of bulk coffees. The staff is also great! Super friendly and helpful, and I've gotten great suggestions on cheese and deli meats, and it feels nice to be greeted as \bella\ :)

The sandwiches here are to die for. Ordered \the special\ sandwich consisting of spicy salami, prosciutto, fig jam, mozzarella, hot peppers and tomatoes. The staff were incredibly sweet and helpful! I'll be back for more sandwiches in the future.
This place is so wonderful and special. The sandwiches are fully customizable, and they are incredibly generous with the portions. You can always find the owner here manning the counter and taking orders, he's fully present and always gives off a friendly, kind energy. The fig spread is a must try with any prosciutto sandwich!

Great , fine European foods, and specialty imported cheese and meats. Jamon from spain, and fine Canadian cured sausages and cold cut. Fine selection of pasteries and baked good. Fantastic. Carlos is a gem.
