Live In Brossard “R” section and had our front door replaced by this company. Seldom do I give a 5 star rating but this company deserves it. Excellent price and quality of door. However the group that did the installation should have 6 Stars. Their work was perfect, fast and clean under the direction of Peter. Highly recommend this company.

We installed new windows and doors on our whole house few years back with Peter.. we loved the experience and the result was excellent! We bought a chalet now and I knew that the only company to call is the New Factory and Peter again.. Whole house windows and doors change again! Excellent quality windows and doors under warranty, professional installation, and on time before the winter! During the summer we called 5 different companies for quotes to have a leaky patio door and an old window replaced. They all promised to send someone out within 1 month as they were swamped. N.E.W. Factory was the only one who showed up. Even though they warned us about delays with everything going on, they were still within their deadline. On installation day, they showed up on time but had to wait over an hour due to heavy rain before deciding to reschedule. We expected it to take a couple more weeks but they came back that same weekend and finished the job quickly and efficiently. They cleaned up properly after themselves and took the necessary COVID protection. Very professional, efficient and punctual. Highly recommended!

Peter and his team were extremely professional and courtesy. Our only problem is Marvin again did not ship the correct window opening hardware. We are still waiting on the hardware from the last installation a year ago as well. Factory Direct 10/10, Marvin Customer Service 0/10
