I wanted to celebrate his success with something significant, something to enjoy for generations, an heirloom, that is exactly Rolex. My sales associate Wendy, was knowledgeable, patient, and kind as this would be my first Rolex. My experience with Wendy and staff far exceeded my expectations. I was humbled by the no pressure sales and willingness to answer my many inquiries. Not only was Wendy able to find me the perfect grad Rolex but I also celebrated with one for myself. I brought my watch for repair at La Mine d’Or. they have good Covid protocol ( had to be buzzed in to enter)). I was immediately greeted by a very friendly staff member who was helpful and assisted me right away. A few days later, I was called at home to advise me my watch was ready. I got my watch which was fixed properly for a very reasonable price . I will certainly go there again for any watch issues.
