This is by far the best window company I have ever dealt with !! Everything about them is great, from the receptionist to Stavros who organizes everything to the awesome installers Chris and his partner. This company goes above and beyond to satisfy the customer. They even replaced old screens for us on windows that were not part of the job. We will definitely use them again for future jobs !

Did some windows on house a few years back. Excellent product, very professional, cleaned up at end of day too. Went back for a couple window pane replacement. Quick turn around time and very reasonable price. Will definitely use for future projects and highly recommend them.
A great place for glass windows and replacement screens had estimator come to home and was very honest and wasn't there to see me something that I didn't need. Will continue to use as them .
in over 20 years of home renos and upgrades, I don't think I have ever once been satisfied with a completed project. There have always been issues with the tradespersons, or the quality of their work. Well, for the first time ever, I am blown away by the job and the quality of the work. From the first conversation with Bill the advisor, i was pleasantly surprised by his knowledge and courteous communication. Then came the installer Chris. Wow. Chris is one of those old school masterclass tradesman. He was exceptional with his work. Meticulous. I have never been more pleased with any other tradesperson in all my years of dealing with them. Chris was neat, tidy, exceptional. I cannot say enough about my experience with the instal. I will attempt to upload photos. Chris went out of his way to ensure the final product was perfect, and it was definitely perfect. And I am a very hard person to please. It took him more than 6 hours to complete the project because of the difficulty of the Bay window and it;s location. Not a word of tiredness or frustrating from this amazing guy! I am so glad to have met Chris and to have dealt with him. SO often we have to deal with rude and careless tradespersons, who only care about finishing the job in a harsh and fast manner. Not Chris! I urge you to request Chris when you are dealing with LDT. You will not be disappointed. Thank you for such a great job!
