It was a pathetic experience, ordering a coffe table through Amazon, kwality imports is the supplier. Recieved it in deplorable condition with half of the parts missing. Saw them supplying on websites like wayfair too. Suppliers like these should be blacklisted. Pathetic job by Kwality Imports.

DO NOT BUY THERE PRODUCTS!!!! I PURCHASED FROM BAD BOY FINCH LOCATION A COUCH & LOVESEAT. THEY SHOULD CHANGE THE COMPANY NAME TO POOR KWALITY IMPORTS AND POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! AFTER SIX MONTHS OF PURCHASE IN A HOUSE HOLD OF 1 PEARSON NO KIDS NO SPOUSE MY COUCH & LOVE SEAT HAS MANY RIPS & TEARS IN THE BACK DUE TO NO PADDING IN THAT AREA. I APPLIED FOR WARRANTY & KWALITY IMPORTS LTD. DENIED MY CLAIM TWICE! I TRIED REACHING OUT TO THEM AS BAD BOY FURNITURE SUGGESTED AND THEY STILL REFUSED TO HELP KNOWING I WAS WILLING TO PAY FOR THE REPLACEMENT PARTS NEEDED!
