Definitely one of the better tech repair shop. They just have all the services you need at a very reasonable price with efficient and quick service. Been here for my cracked iPhone screen and super slow laptop. Dropped my gadgets with them and came back just after an hour. Kudos to your excellent and quick service!

Absolutely bad service and BAD ETHICS!! My phone had a charging problem so I sent it to them. However after a week he called me to pick it up as it is not fixable so I went to pick it up and he let me walked away. And here comes the drama: I sit in the car and turned over the phone, the phone back cover was damaged (see image) while they tried to opened it but have it cracked and also leaving gap on the edge - they didn't fix the charging problem but instead creating a new problem - the WORST part is without informing me they cracked the back cover. EVEN WORSE: I went back to the store, the guy said he will now change the back cover BUT charging a diagnose fee. So essentially they hide the truth that they broke the back cover then let me suck it up quietly, then when I went back they said \oh sorry I will fixed what I massed up but I will charge you for something else\. I was wanting to have the phone back since I know exactly what is he doing and I'm too tired of this gray-zone cheating, EVEN WORSE: he refused to give it back to me after my 3rd request. Then I have no choice but called Guelph Police - I hate to call police for this kind of small matter but sadly the situation required me to do so. When the police showed up, of course I got my phone back and I appreciated that. Lesson learnt - never repair any devices in this store since I have a big question mark on their ETHICS, since at the end of the day, my charging problem was not resolved but got a new crack on the phone. If there is negative score I will certainly do so! Hope this only happens to me but you guys have to be careful!

The team at KW Cellular promptly responded to my after hour email inquiry over the holidays. In a few quick emails, they provided me an estimate and invited me to drop off my phone for repair their first open business day. They told me it would be repaired by the following day but they called me later the same day to tell me if was ready to be picked up. Thanks for all of your help.

Very quick service! I broke my phone screen the other night and was able to get it fixed the next day. Everything from receiving the quote rate (requested at late night time, got immediate response) to the repair was speedy. I also reached out to some other repair shops, but most of them didn't have the Pixel 4 screen in stock, and the ones that had was charging too much. I got the best price quote from KW Cellular and recieved excellent service. Truly customer oriented service store this. Highly recommended.

Excellent customer service. I thought I needed to replace the USB C port on my pixel 3. I spent months cleaning the port with cans of air and any tool small enough to fit into the port, but still it was not charging my phone. So I called KW and they told me they could replace the port same day. I went to the store to get my phone fixed. When I arrived, they were all ready to go, but they decided to check out the phone first. They took a look and then were able to pull out the largest piece of lint out of the port that I've ever seen. After that my phone charged like it was new. They didn't even charge me for this and sent me on my way home with a smile on my face.
