Just back here to pick up some ski wax...staff were SUPER helpful. Also the store is doing a fantastic job of managing covid protocols- separate entrance/exit, exterior pickup and drop off for service, and shelter for people waiting in line to go inside. 5 stars!

I am so happy with the customer service here that I drove down from Montreal to buy my skisuit instead of ordering it online. Shout out to Kevin for being awesome and so incredibly helpful. Once we arrived we were worried my husband wasn't going to find a snowsuit in his size and they were going to special order it just for us! Luckily it wasn't necessary.
Loved seeing local high school students working there. Those part time gigs are an important connection to the community.
Customer service was horrible and attention to detail was lacking. Had to deal with the Manufacturer to get resolution - 7 weeks for a part to come in and when it did, they lost it! NEVER TOOK THE TIME TO UPDATE ME DURING THE WHOLE TIME! I will never go back and will not recommend. Better stores with better service in Ottawa!
