My ride was 12.25 , I was gonna pay by Debit but asked if I could pay cash. So I handed him 20.25. And you know what the driver asked me?! Can i give you a five back? Wait a minute, my ride took nothing but less than 10 minutes and you’re trying to tip yourself. He made it awkward for for me to say no. Wow ! That was a smart scheme move!. So my advice to you is never pay cash! The owner called me after having read my review and apologized for his driver’s action. He then asked his him to return my change. That was a class act!I hope that my next experience will be better. Thank you for your prompt action! Well done!

2 days in a row I had problems. First day: I had to argue with the driver that he wasn’t at MY home as he couldn’t possibly get passed my key code gate. He the asked if he should just come in. The dude almost tried to walk into my neighbour’s home at 6am. Second day: I waited an hour for my taxi to show up. I finally gave up and ended up walking to my destination aka the closest bus stop to my home. I walked an hour in the pouring rain. As you can see in the pictures, I’m not a happy camper. 1/10 will never use again.

The dispatcher was very helpful. I was super scared while booking the ride since I had to travel at 4 am Christmas Day, but the dispatcher assured me that the driver will be there on time and he was! Great experience! Would definitely rely on them again.
