We have used Krygsman since we moved to our 150 yr old farm house in 2012. The company has been outstanding with their level of service and attention to us as a customer. Three times in the 9 yrs they have installed new equipment (furnace humidifier) or repaired (furnace) and have been courteous and responsive. The owner's wife always answers the phone at any time of the day including evenings and weekends when our furnace was out. The owner has even given me advice on how to fix minor issues myself which he did not have to do so. I would recommend Krygsman for any mechanical repairs or new installs. Extremely happy with quality of service and response time. My furnace is repaired and I am warm again. I contacted them at 6:40am and left a voice message. They called me back at 7:40 am to arrange the visit. Serviceman was on site at 9am. By 9:40 the furnace was fixed with replacement valve he had stocked in his van! It's 10am now I left voice messages @6:40am for 4 other companies and not any of them have even called me back yet. Great service Krygsman Mechanical I only need to call you next time!
My water heater started leaking and AC and furnace were in desperate need of attention. It was a disaster! I was 9 months pregnant with 2 little kids at home. Pete and his team saved us! They were on time, professional and explained everything to me. They were very patient and understanding. They went above and beyond and I am eternally grateful for their high quality work. You won't be disappointed with Pete and his team, they rock!

We have had Krygsman Mechanical service our furnace and air conditioner since it was installed almost 30 years ago. We have been very pleased with the fast, friendly and professional service. A few days ago we called for a pre-winter tune-up. Good news (the old furnace lasted almost 30 years). Bad news (the old furnace had finally given up and required replacement). While no one likes to receive bad news we realized the old furnace owed us nothing. We requested a quote to replace both the old furnace and the A/C. Pete delivered a quote with several options and explained each in detail. We elected to have Krygsman Mechanical install a new high efficiency Rheem gas furnace and A/C. The technicians removed the old and installed the new in a very courteous / professional manner. They protected our floors and cleaned up very well. All of our questions were answered. Job completed to our high standards. We are very sure the new furnace / A/C will deliver years of comfort and be well supported by KMC. Thanks for the quick install and job well done.
