I've worked here in the shipping department for almost 7 years and overall it's been a great experience. There are certain quirks that will annoy you but I think that can be said about any job out there. Lots of time pressure but the expectations aren't unrealistic - you will keep busy and usually have fun doing it. Lots of fun coworkers and even the big bosses are friendly and engaging. PS - if the management is reading this - GET US A PROPER WATER FOUNTAIN :)

Always an enjoyable place to visit. Great selection of equipment and I never find myself waiting to use something. Have only spent a few hours with the personal trainer but he was very attentive and helpful with the guidance he gave. Wish the membership fee was a tad cheaper but it's true what they say - you get what you pay for!

I've been employed by Krown for nearly a year, and I'd have to say that overall it's a good place to work, the transparency from top to bottom is a refreshing sight from most of today's workplaces. You will have the usual miscommunications, and disagreements between different departments but the management team tries their best to remedy these things as quickly as they can. The whole of the company feels more like a family than a employer and I would gladly recommend it to anyone looking to take another step in the food distribution sector

Steady work and fair pay. Wish there were benefits. Coworkers and most of the bosses are friendly and respect you. Work itself is usually fast paced but easy enough, once in a while you get stuck lifting a ton of watermelon or something heavy and it's tiring.

I have been doing warehouse work for the better part of 13 years now and like any job it has had its ups and downs but I have to say working for Krown has definitely been the best of it. Be for working for Krown i felt very unfulfilled with my work. Employers only wanted me to do just one repetitive task day in day out, they never acknowledged my sense of work pride or my eye for detail in quality. It was just quantity with them but a job interview at Krown produce change all that. The two staff members handling the interview said there looking for some onewho can handle doing many different job task that change on a daily basis plus has a eye for detail when it came to food quality. My resume said i was perfect for the job. It was hard at first understanding how things worked their and getting use to all the different work task they gave me but I LOVED IT. I've been working their for 7 years and im now one of the most experienced sean year employees on the floor. Working for Krown has given me more knowledge about food distribution & quality than all my previous jobs combined. For that reason i must thank Krown Produce for giving me somthing that i can be my best at.
